We help small businesses succeed by giving them strategic Human Resources tools. We work with small business owners and managers to:

  • organize their business effectively
  • ensure compliance standards are met
  • train employees, supervisors and managers
  • set up or audit HR departments
  • help determine hiring needs and how to get the right employees at the right time
  • help businesses communicate – internally and externally, among employees and between management and employees

Now in our 14th year, we are pleased to work with a number of employers in the High Desert, Inland Empire and Orange County. We partner with employers who need an expert HR professional, but don’t need a full-time employee. We offer both an individual project partnership and a retainer partnership.
